Craft Show at Rock County High School

Craft Show Hours

Wednesday: 10:00 a.m.

to 6:00 p.m.

Thursday: 9:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m.

Craft show is closed 1 hour earlier on Wednesday than the fair grounds to allow craft show vendors to visit the expo. On Thursday the craft show opens 1 hour earlier than the fair grounds to allow the vendors at the fair grounds a chance to take in all of the great arts and crafts.

CRAFT SHOW INFORMATION:

Preferences will be filled on a "first come, first served" basis depending on when your form and payment are received.

The Trade Show is set up in a gymnasium with a canvas floor covering, with booths located against two walls and down the center of the space.

Display racks, extension cords, etc (are to be provided by the vendor.)

Center vendors needing electricity please bring enough cord and tape to cover cords and approximately 25 feet to center of gym.

BOOTH INFORMATION

Please e-mail or send photos and merchandise information for our Sandhills Ranch Expo program. If you have a story to tell, let us know. Registration turned in early may be used for feature stories leading into Sandhills Ranch Expo.

SET UP AND TAKE DOWN

You are welcome to begin setting up your display onTuesday afternoon starting at 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you are running late please give Shareen Dearmont a call and she will wait for you. (for a reasonable amount of time.) If you plan to set up on Wednesday morning she will be there at 7:00 a.m. Your registration fee covers both days, the trade show will close at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Please do not start taking down booth space until this time.

EVENTS

Most of the Sandhills Ranch Expo events will take place at the Rock County Fair Grounds and the Rock County High School Gym. Featured entertainers will perform in the Fair Grounds arena - free rides on the shuttle from one to the other location. Additional events will be located around the Bassett community.
